• Legal compliance: complying with applicable laws, regulations, or legal obligations, including responding to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal requests.

3. How Your Information Is Shared

We share information only as necessary to provide our services, and only with the parties described below.

3.1 Permitted Recipients

• Healthcare providers participating in the patient's care.

• HIPAA-compliant vendors operating under a Business Associate Agreement.

• Labs, pharmacies, and ancillary service partners involved in delivering the requested service.

• Health plans, when required for care coordination or eligibility verification.

3.2 Service Providers

We may share your information with service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as technology and infrastructure support, customer service, communications platforms, and analytics. These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide.

3.3 Legal Requirements

3.4 SMS Consent — Express Restriction

SMS consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile opt-in or text-message consent data will be shared with third parties or affiliates.

We do not sell, rent, release, or transfer personal information — including SMS opt-in information — to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Growmore MSO handles any Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (HITECH), and applicable state laws including the Texas Medical Records Privacy Act (Texas HB 300). Our safeguards include encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, workforce training, secure transmission protocols, and Business Associate Agreements with every entity that receives PHI on our behalf.
