Growmore MSO provides administrative support to healthcare providers, including:

• Referral coordination
• Appointment scheduling
• Support for ancillary services (labs, pharmacy delivery)
• Quality gap outreach and documentation support

Growmore MSO does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All clinical decisions are made by licensed clinicians.

2. SMS Terms & Conditions

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Growmore MSO.

2.1  Types of Messages You May Receive

You may receive:

• Informational and conversational messages
• Appointment and referral coordination
• Clinical follow‑up reminders
• Ancillary service updates
• Eligibility and documentation requests

If you consent to receive informational and conversational SMS from Growmore MSO, you agree to receive these message types from us.
2.2 Opt‑Out Instructions

You may opt out at any time by replying:

This will end all SMS communication.

2.5 SMS Opt‑In Is Not a Condition of Care

Providing your phone number is voluntary.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to receive services or care.
3. Compliance With Fraud & Abuse Laws

Growmore MSO does not offer or receive compensation for directing Medicare or any federally regulated referrals. All care coordination respects patient choice and clinical judgment.

4. Limitation of Liability

Growmore MSO is not responsible for:

• Damages from delays or delivery failures in SMS
• Decisions made by healthcare providers
• Interruptions in communication systems

Services are provided “as‑is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Growmore MSO is headquartered.
